Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Jordan Galindo, an Arizona-licensed real estate referral associate affiliated with Long Realty Referral Associates LLC. It collects information you choose to provide so an Agent Match Request can be reviewed and placed through the appropriate referral process.

Information collected

• Identity and contact details, preferred contact method, and current mailing address.
• Transaction type, desired and current locations, property criteria, budget, financing, timing, agent preferences, and notes.
• Information about a co-client that you choose to provide.
• Request status, assignment details, communications, and private operational records.
• Limited technical and anti-abuse information, plus a general source label such as Facebook, Instagram, direct, or other. Full referring URLs are not intentionally retained for attribution.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to your request; clarify your needs; place the request; identify and connect an appropriate brokerage or real estate professional; provide request updates; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal, licensing, brokerage, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Who may receive it

Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with Long Realty Referral Associates LLC, referral coordinators, network or destination brokerages, prospective or assigned real estate professionals, and vendors that support this site. A receiving brokerage or professional may have its own privacy notice and recordkeeping duties. Personal information is not sold or shared for unrelated cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and security

The site currently uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot protection, and Google Places for optional address suggestions. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Administrative records are access restricted and reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, or database can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies, source measurement, and external sites

An essential session cookie supports the private associate dashboard. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to evaluate a security challenge. Tagged links may identify the general channel that produced a request. This site does not claim to control the tracking practices of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other sites you visit.

Children and policy changes

The service is intended for adults seeking real estate assistance and is not directed to children under 13. This notice may change when site features, vendors, or practices change. Material updates will be reflected by the date shown above.

Calls, texts, and emails

By submitting an Agent Match Request and checking the contact-consent box, you authorize Jordan Galindo and, according to your instructions, the brokerage or real estate professional involved in placing or handling your request to contact you at the phone number or email address you provided. Contact may be by phone, text, or email and is limited to your request and related real estate assistance.

If you ask Jordan to contact you first, that preference is recorded and should be resolved before an assigned professional contacts you. Consent to request-related contact is not consent to unrelated recurring marketing and is not a condition of buying property or services. Message and data rates may apply.

You may change your preferred method or withdraw permission for future communications by replying STOP to a text where supported, telling the caller, or emailing longrealtyreferrals@outlook.com. A request already shared may require you to contact the receiving brokerage or professional as well. Withdrawal does not affect communications already sent or records that must lawfully be retained.

Retention and your data choices

Request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for placement, follow-up, transaction and referral records, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal, licensing, or brokerage obligations. Retention depends on the request’s status, whether it produced a placement or transaction, and any mandatory recordkeeping period; this site does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

Subject to applicable law and required recordkeeping, you may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or ask how it was used or disclosed. This process is available regardless of your state of residence.

Email longrealtyreferrals@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include your name and request reference code, but do not email Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Identity may need to be verified. A request may be denied or limited where retention is required by law, brokerage rules, security needs, or an active transaction or dispute; if so, the reason will be explained when appropriate.

This website provides a referral-placement and informational service. Jordan is a Long Realty Referral Associate and does not list property, conduct showings, negotiate transaction terms, provide legal, tax, lending, or financial advice, or execute real estate documents through this site. Any agency relationship, services, compensation, and transaction terms are handled separately by the assigned licensed professional and brokerage.

Submitting a request does not create an agency relationship or guarantee acceptance, a particular professional, coverage in every location, a response time, financing, property availability, or a transaction outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating the receiving brokerage and professional before engaging their services.

Calculator results and market-rate information are general planning estimates, not personalized loan offers, APR disclosures, appraisals, financial advice, or promises that a quoted rate is available. Rates, taxes, insurance, fees, and qualification requirements can change and must be confirmed with the appropriate licensed provider.

There is no separate consumer fee for this matching service. Standard real estate compensation, lender costs, and closing costs, if applicable, are addressed by the professionals handling the transaction. Do not use this site for emergencies or submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive materials.

If you submit information about another person, you represent that you have permission to provide it for this purpose. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

External links and third-party services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, and practices are controlled by their operators. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is provided as available without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be waived.
